This has a consistency that’s quite similar to “traditional” low-fat dairy-based yogurt, but with less tang, and more flavorful sweetness. I wanted to add to this top 10 list of dairy-free yogurt brands, too (it’s also sweet and flavorful). But the consistency of that product line is too inconsistent – sometimes creamy, sometimes gelatinous. It’s tough to make yogurt without dairy, let alone nuts, soy, and coconut. But Good Karma pulled off a very “yogurt-y” consistency.
